Return Policy

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for all unused, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

1. Go to My Orders and select the order.
2. Choose the items you want to return and the reason.
3. Our team will arrange a pickup within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return and place a new order. For size guidance, check the size guide on each product page.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Innerwear and accessories for hygiene reasons
• Items washed, altered, or without original tags

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. COD orders will receive a bank transfer — we'll collect your details during the return process.
